Submitting a notice
A notice should identify the copyrighted work, the specific Torque channel or content, the complaining party's contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement under penalty of perjury, and a physical or electronic signature.
Counter notices
Affected creators may submit a legally valid counter notice when they believe content was removed through mistake or misidentification. Torque may restore material when permitted by law.
Repeat infringement
Torque may suspend or terminate repeat infringers and may preserve relevant records when required for disputes or legal process.
