These beta terms establish the operating rules for founding creators and viewers while Torque prepares its full commercial launch.
Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your password and stream key, and accept responsibility for activity performed through your account. Accounts may not be sold, shared for ban evasion, or used to impersonate another person.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You give Torque permission to host, transcode, display, promote, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. Only broadcast material you have the right to use.
Beta operation
Features, creator tiers, monetization, availability, and limits may change during the Founding Beta. Torque may pause streams or accounts to protect viewers, creators, the platform, or comply with law.
Money features
REVS, subscriptions, and creator payouts remain unavailable until a verified payment system is activated. Demo balances have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
